ASSOCIATION OF DEPUTY DISTRICT ATTORNEYS FOR LOS ANGELES COUNTY ENDORSES ASSESSOR JEFFREY PRANG FOR RE-ELECTION

 

LOS ANGELES – Los Angeles County Assessor Jeffrey Prang today announced the endorsement of the Association of Deputy District Attorneys for Los Angeles County for his re-election in the November 6th General Election.  The Association of Deputy District Attorneys represents nearly 1000 deputy district attorneys.

 

Vice President Eric Siddall, stated: “Assessor Prang entered office with the promise he was going to clean up corruption in the Assessor’s Office. He kept that promise. He also came into office with the promise of modernizing this obscure but vital department. He is fulfilling that promise to the people of Los Angeles County. The ADDA believes he deserves another four years.

 

Said Assessor Prang, “I am grateful for the support of the Association of Deputy District Attorneys. Our reforms have ensured integrity and fairness in this important agency. The Assessor’s Office has been internationally recognized for excellence in administration. We have successfully ended special-interest tax breaks and returned vital funding to public safety and other vital local services, all while enhancing public service.”

 

The Association of Deputy District Attorneys join other law enforcement organizations in supporting Assessor Prang’s re-election, including the Los Angeles police Protective League, the Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs, the Los Angeles Professional Peace Officers Association, the Long Beach Police Officers Association and the National Latino Peace Officers Association.
